We make sure to treat your home as if it is our home! So when we’re done our job, you can stand in your yard and revel in how great your home looks and not have to worry about debris! We take the time up front to tarp and cover lawns, shrubs, flower beds, windows, etc., and when we’re done, we use a metal detector to make sure we get all nails / screws that may have hit the ground.

Warranties on asphalt shingles typically run from about 20 to 40 years, but that’s not as generous as it may seem. Generally the warranty covers both materials and labor only for the first year. After that, the cost of labor may be excluded, and the cost of the shingles is prorated – sharply reducing the warranty’s payback over the years.
